Kitty Furniture

Fluffy isn’t shy about borrowing our beds, sofas, chairs, loveseats, and, well, anything else we own. However, your pet will benefit from having some things she doesn’t have to share with her humans. Cat towers, pet tents, and kitty tipis will all please your feline buddy. If you want to save money, go the DIY route and make your own.

Toys

Make sure Fluffy has plenty of toys to play with. While the catnip mouse will probably never be out of fashion among our feline pals, there are also lots of fun and new modern toys out there. Offer your kitty a robotic mouse, a remote-controlled squirrel, or a mechanical ‘swimming’ fish.

Boxes

Fluffy’s box obsession is one of her cutest—and most ‘purrplexing’—quirks. Many kitties just can’t resist hopping into an empty box! For extra purrs, make your furball her own box castle.

Window Seat

Birdwatching is another popular kitty pastime. Fluffy can spend hours just sunbathing and daydreaming about chasing birds and squirrels. Make your cat a comfy spot where she can relax, soak up some sun, and spy on local wildlife.

Beds

Did you know that kitties can sleep as much as 20 hours a day? We’re not sure why Fluffy is so tired, but we do know that naps are one of her favorite things. Offer your drowsy pet lots of comfy beds. These don’t have to be fancy: a folded blanket on a chair or ottoman will do just fine.

Playtime

Playtime is very beneficial for cats, both mentally and physically. Spend a few minutes a day holding a laser pointer for Fluffy to chase. This will be fun for you both!

Love

Kitties are very emotional, and can form very close bonds with their humans. Make sure your feline friend feels loved. Pay attention to Fluffy every day: talk to her, pet, her, and play with her.
